BEST COMPLIMENT EVAR.

SO. As you may have guessed by my title, today I got the BEST COMPLIMENT EVAR.

First of all, let me give you a little bit of background on my storyboarding teacher. He used to work at Disney. Like he worked on Pocahontas and Beauty and the Beast. AND he's still doing freelance work AND just got commisioned to illustrate a kid's book. I want to be him when I grow up.

Ok, so, Sydney already knows this, but due for this week were a massive amount of things for the animatic that we will be working on all semester (character sheets, pose charts, facial expressions and more), and today we had to go up on the main computer that's hooked up to the projector and present all our shits to the class. So, I was up there presenting mine, and the teacher was like "Have you ever thought about illustrating children's books?" and I was like "Yeah I would love to." (that was one of my many dreams of things to be when I was younger, alongside archeologist and dreams of working at Pixar)

And he was all "Do you have a website? I have a friend that writes kid's books. Your style is really kid-friendly. Actually, it's really everyone friendly. I like it a lot"
